I'm not sure I get you there. The setup.exe is in installer.

maybe it is a little less shady for him, to give an option "check for updates" then just do it.

for me, its good as it is though.

Maybe it is possible, to make a selection field at first startup that
asks you "always update at start [X]"

btw i have everything "green" now, uhmm boring program haha just kidding

I have been told that when something works leave as it is.... Since the app works for me perfectly i would love to have a way to stop auto update an see patch notes and decide if is a bug that affect me to update. Example local storage DB change for files.

Does the "Import Games" function work for you?

I tried adding in some of the games USB_Helper misses for USA, but the import routine just says "No Games were found..."
I checked all of the games and they are US region and every directory contains a title.tmd

Pointing the function at the "top level" ESHOP directory, it ignores all of the games I was able to grab using FunKiiU.py

Great work, it's really an easy to use app.
Sorry if it's already tell ( too lazy to read 28 pages ) but when you use the copy to SD function for pokken tournament in EUR version, the folder is named "POKKéN Tournament" and WUPinstaller y mod report an error cause of the "é" character. to simply fix this, just rename the folder to pokken tournament in your SD/install folder.

Oh course, like a dummy I had to see if this was true (it is).
Once I set it to JPN, it crashed on every boot before I could change it back.

It took me a while to locate the "user.config" file so I could change it back ...

You need to edit the user.config file.

I located it by searching through the \users\your username\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\Data\ then searched all the subdirectories until I found user.config

In the user.config, edit the <value>JPN</value> to either EUR or USA

I had the same error on some downloads, mostly when they were second in the queue. What files are you trying to download? To me it happened on mostly updates and 2 games. I think it's a connection to the games server problem. And there's no way to solve this, you need to delete the corrupted download, and try again, until it works.

In Spanish... yo tuve el mismo error en algunas descargas, sobre todo en updates y cuando las descargas estaban en segundo puesto en la lista de descargas, creo que si es un problema de conexión con el servidor de los juegos, puede ser que solo sea con unos archivos, o que pase indiscriminadamente de vez en cuando, no se la solución o no hay, solo borra lo que lleva descargado hasta el momento, reiniciar el programa e intenta de nuevo, eso hice y así pude completar las descargas. Que juegos o archivos son? Trata con archivos de poco peso, para que veas que si se pueden descargar completos.

I like this idea, but your UI is too confusing for me, i had to close the program to stop a download. I will keep using utikdownloadhelper for now, it's more simple!

on the right side of the app is a little tab for the download manager check it out, you will like it
and find the abort downloads button.

Because i keep getting errors when installing USB ready games with the Wii U installer on homebrew.

CFW only is a requirement if you want to install VC or DLC. Otherwise "legit" games will install on a regular system.
What version of wupinstaller are you using ?
