Would it be possible to buy a Wii U without a gamepad? My other Wii U broke a while ago (not a brick), and I was wondering if I can get a new one for a cheaper price, and if I can, where?

Does this buyer look trustworthy: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nintendo-Wii-U-Black-32GB-CONSOLE-ONLY-90-DAY-WARRANTY-perfect-for-replacement/132008887985?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=38530&meid=d3546fe930da46d68329e7c852dbab05&pid=100005&rk=1&rkt=6&sd=131781091474&rt=nc
I've heard about scamming on eBay, and I want to make sure it's real or not.
Alright, thanks! Also, saying that my Wii U broke around the time IOSUHAX came out, would it be possible to do iosuhax/rednand.I'm not going to investigate the seller for you (sorry), but as long as you pay through paypal, you will get refunded if someone scams you.
eBay and paypal stress safety of the buyer over safety of the seller. Sellers are much more likely to get screwed on ebay.
