Hi. I have an O3ds fw.4.5.0-0 (no browser). How can I install A9LH on my 3DS without having to buy anything? Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can. Since you don't have a Browser, you need a DS flashcard to do the Decrypt9 MSET method.
