NDS to CIA convertor works , but the 3ds white screen,i followed this guide to convert an .nds file to .cia
https://gbatemp.net/threads/nds-forwarder-cias-for-your-home-menu.426174/
NDS file:New Super Mario Bros .nds
My 3ds 11.1.0-34J have currently hardmodded and hacked using Sys 11.2,if i need to make that nds game running on my 3ds,it means i need a patch?Or should i wait longer to see if there's any new updates?

You can't load retail ds games yet. It clearly says on the option you have selected homebrew and download play roms only

@Op you need a compatible flashcart to use this method if you want to launch retail roms from the home screen, can't run retail roms from SD card yet

Not related to the topic at hand, but:

Why does the menu up there look like Androids Lollipop style elements ?

It's a Java application and the developer wanted to use Material for the UI. You can use it for any kind of application, including web stuff.

Because the 3ds system was developed using some android SDK's or elements
Welp, there's my daily chuckle.
