I only have the 002 so it should be fine. However, the 1 3DS method requires that "Your banned 3DS did a System Transfer before, if not, this will not work."

My banned 3DS was my main DS before I transfered all datas to a New 3DS which is not banned nor hacked. Is my old 3DS considered as "having done a system transfer" ?

If you're banned 3ds has done a System Transfer before, you should be fine.
Edit: That's if you have everything that one 3DS method tell's you to have.

Look, we recieved reports he is an attention hog etc etc... But lets just assume MAYBE he actually has a solution this time. Who knows? I'm not getting my hopes up, but if he does maybe his hints could be useful. He said we were on the right track with system transfers, but that he didnt necessarily do a system transfer himself. Maybe he has a way to fake a transfer? Let's think about this for 1 sec. Not like we have any better leads atm.

Someone is already testing using the patched luma and 2 banned systems. Waiting on his transfer to finish. We need somone to test the same with 2 NON-banned systems now.

With your Save ? if you install a game of a EU version and restore a save from a USA version, you will be connected still to EU servers because where you installed the EU version of this game your game is only able to connect to EU servers. The save don't matters the game region.
If you restore, and your save works without problems, then everything is fine.
If your game freezes or something, than you know your save is not compatible.

nah, after you started up the game after the restore, and you see the game boots fine and you are able to move around etc. you are fine.

Its to risky for me, sorry.In 4 days maybe my EU version game that i will download trough freeshop, will connects to USA servers after i installed the game and did a restore that was made by the usa version of this game... so better i don't play and waste my time until 4 days.

If this guy is telling the truth, he would have to have a way to fake a transfer since nintendo servers wont let u do a transfer more than once a week, and he has supposedly unbanned multiple people on only a few days. If this is part of his solution, he must have a way to bypass that, or he knows what forces the target system to generate a new moveable.sed, or how to generate one himself. Any thoughts?

Oh, i read wrongly that you wrote if this is true or not what the guy posted about unbanning, so i said let the moderators test the way and if its true, they confirm it us then, and if not, they got a brick.

Btw (maybe wrong section...): I plugged my charge cable for my 3Ds into the socket, but my 3Ds won't charge and the charge "light" doesn't goes on... any idea ?

Edit: FAIL. The one end of the cable was inside the socket, but the other end was not inside of my 3Ds hahahaha *FacePalm*.

As for your charger problem, yes this is the VERY wrong section. Your charge port is likely broken and needs repair.
