Move cia files to SD card, open FBI, go to SD, find cia file, press A twice to install.

And besides, FBI as a Install ALL and Delete ALL also available. But OP seem to not understand English quite well so, I rather not complicate it more.

On a side note: @Zero72463 if He was your buyer (assuming you sold him your console), you could have just installed freeshop and configured the console before you pass it on. (Just thinking)
