Officially, they should NOT be selling those games. Everyone who's bought the game is likely gonna get banned for having it early.

Oh shit, Nintendo is gonna get themselves in a huge fucking shitstorm!

They are breaking the street-date then and Nintendo will still ban you as they have done in the past few days.
Didn't matter how you got it, if you were online when you shouldn't be able to, then you got banned.
If you got the game in a legit way and if you can prove that, then you can call Nintendo to get unbanned.

They are proving nintendo right... europe cannot be trusted :o

I don't think you're understanding her/his point. They may be selling the copies early, but you that still doesn't mean you should connect with the game early. That's why there was a reviewer that got banned for playing early.
okay, but i dont enter online in the game!

I install the game, no more, and when i try to enter eshop i get the ban, without enter online in the game

Maybe that is the reason? You tried to enter the e-shop when you had a game installed that you weren't supposed to have until next week?

If you got the game LEGIT, then call Nintendo and ask what the issue is.
If they bring up violations, say you are unsure what they mean and that you have the game with a receipt and that you can prove it to them.
Apparently, they will unban you then.

i told them i borrowed my friends copy to play early but i still bought the game.

@feer10

If you are banned, then you are banned because you technically cannot obtain the games in Spain yet. Sun and Moon comes out in your country on the 23rd.
I think that is the reason why you got the chop. The game shows your region (you can see that if you load your save file into Pkhex).
So Nintendo sees a spanish player online with a game he cannot obtain and they see for sure you are not just using a Spanish IP, you are actually from there.

It's like I'm connecting now with Sun, they see an italian player with Sun before the 23rd, so they ban it. :(
(I will not buy Sun but Moon instead but whatever)

If the online (002-0102) ban isn't temporary I'm planning on waiting a few months and calling them and playing dumb until we can unban without me having to use another gosh darn 3ds.

Oh dear god it worked, it worked!

Acraeus, I could pay you a beer right now.

I just unbanned myself from 002 using nothing but my own 3DS! This is incredible. And I suck at writing tutorials of any kind, so please don't count on me when it comes to that!
But basically

1. Inject an old NAND backup from when you were still installing a9lh (I did one before)
2. Use Decrypt9 to extract movable.sed from it

3. Use Decrypt 9 to extract movable.sed and LocalFriendCodeSeed_B from your current NAND that is banned
4. Use HxD (hex editor) to compare your old movable.sed with your LocalFriendCodeSeed_B, see how offsets 00000000/08 through 00000110/07 is the SAME!
5. Open up your NEW movable.sed with HxD and copy offsets 00000000/08 through 00000110/07
6. Open up LocalFriendCodeSeed_B with HxD and CTRL+A and then paste what you just copied
7. Save, inject to sysnand

This is how I did it, don't blame me if something goes wrong because I'm even worse at giving instructions than following them.

EDIT: Ignore strikethrough text, that is no needed and was just a part of me finding out HOW to do it, you don't need to do that.

this works for the 022 ban?

We found out you can bypass the ban if your current 3DS has system transferred with another 3DS. Pretty much another way to do the 2 3DS method with only 1.
Although you had to have had 2 3DS and done a system transfer between them.
And apperently to not have the transferer 3ds banned otherwise we make no progress.

Then you maybe entered online with lurantis' cia. I'm a bit esceptical but all of this is just so weird then. No game has given bans like these from Freeshop. It's weird!

Eshop can read the installed cias, that could be the reason then. It makes sense to me

if they can detect that we all better cut our losses and stay offline from now on

Hopefully this works. I got the game early in the mail two days ago (about 12 hours after being banned), so I'm going to try.
