Don't think anything is confirmed at this point - 022-2812 is NNID ban if I recall correctly and 002-0102 is console ban, I hope the online connection ban is 15 days because I don't care about using the eShop or Miiverse.

Speaking of - is there any info if 002-0102 is permanent? This is my first ban and from what I've read it could be temporary.

It's the other way around. 002 is the NNID and 022 console.

I think 002 is friend-code related (due to it being fixed by changing friend code) and 022 is console (due to NNID still working on Miiverse, Wii U, etc)

probably, but the LocalFriendCodeSeed_B doesn't change your FC. So it's not EXACTLY fc. Dunno what it actually is though.

By the way, according to 3dbrew, the function that gets the LocalFriendCodeSeed_B tells a bit about what it really is:
This retrieves the LocalFriendCodeSeed/64-bit consoleID from an u64 already in memory(that memory is initialized by bootrom), which is not loaded from NAND. The source data this retrieves, is also used to generate the console-unique part of the TWL keyslots, and can be used as part of the keyY when movable.sed doesn't exist.

So, it's part of the consoleID.

yes

yea, i don't want to link his account so he gets more publicity, but he is saying he found a way to unban consoles using only one console. probably something to do with the friendseed thing. he is saying he has to do some editing on his end and then give the random testers the files and they are good to go. he says he is working on an automatic way to do it. in the meantime he is unbanning random people on twitter. he says in 4 hours he is gonna do 20 people. it is so blatantly bullshit i can't even. in the 4 hours he will probably have some excuse and push it to tomorrow.
