Did you intentionally rename the unbanned LocalFriendCodeSeed that?

Make absolutely sure you've removed all traces of the banned LocalFriendCodeSeed from the SD card for the banned system, put the unbanned seed in both files9 and the root of the SD card and inject.

If it still doesn't work, something else might be wrong

Also, can you try redumping the good LocalFriendCodeSeed from the unbanned 3DS?

I Redumped LocalFriendCodeSeed from the unbanned 3ds, and.. what do you mean for ''Did you rename the unbanned LocalFriendCodeSeed intentionally?'' when dumped, the automatic excatly name is LocalFriendCodeSeed_B.. it's wrong?

so i injected a new nnidsave.bin, another 3ds's friendcodeseed and i edited my secureinfo so i have a different console id. I can access the eshop fine, and playing games online works, though going into nnid settings still says im banned. This is difficult just in case i ever wanna.... you know... actually give nintendo money. Is there a documented way around this?

The only reason I'd see it not working if you're doing everything correctly is if you were also banned on the other 3DS, which you say you aren't.

I'm really not sure at this point, anyone else have an idea?

if this is too obvious but but from what I know, each check for ban is checked again when going online!.. maybe you skipped something and tested, do that part that you missed and checked again.. if you inject (let's say) the nnidsave and check if it work and it didn't.. it will be written as ban again! just try injecting all the patches from scratch and see if it works.. because I see that you're doing it by parts

Yeah, just a clean LocalFriendCodeSeed_B, keep in mind that if you plan on going online with the same seed as them, the consequences are unknown, if any

SecureInfo_A is something you get from your banned system to just edit the serial number
