ew no ty.

Are you saying you opened hans pre ban and that got banned? or like after ban hans undid it somehow?

with pokemon OR, under hans, it said i was banned. but after exiting hans and running eshop and other games and OR, i was not banned. it was like hans made the program think i was on another system, and when i exited, it recognized my system as my system, a non-banned system.

The delusion here is pretty funny. Have fun with your "workarounds" that are merely temporary.
Meanwhile I'm getting my team ready in Pokemon Sun and Moon.

I hope you guys realize you are below Buyfags. LOL!

oh god its one of these 4chan underage trolls.
yo kid time to go to bed its almost 6pm in EU
3hours too late for the likes of you :)

So is your normal system not banned? Or did hans absorb your ban somehow? If you are normally unbanned that's weird that hans banned you temporarily. Unless it just like another person said can't access online functions.

Looks like the game carts are version 0 also, if that wasn't already said.
All legit copies are version 0 as far as I know. There isn't a fake copy of the game, they are all legit copies. Digital and carts. The thing is that you were not supposed to connect online during the ban wave timeslots or else, you WILL be banned. That's just it. Nintendo can't see if you have a fake copy or not. Or else, they would have banned you guys a looooong time ago. Assume that the online banwave was to trap people that illegally downloaded the game and played one week in advance in order to prevent cheaters from plaging the game during the first week.

As for the bans being temporary or not, assume they are permanent even if they probably are not. Nintendo has nothing to lose from banning thousands outside the 10 millions supposedly consumers that are getting the game in a legit way in just a few hours. You will seriously, be better off in your mind. Assume you dun goofed, assume the consequences and move on.

If anything, those that absolutely want to have all the features, will buy another 3ds again, ergo, giving them more money. If not, well they already gave their share of the money, Ninty will not care at all.

Remember that Nintendo is not your friend. It is first and foremost, a company in the video game industry. While it is in their interests that they treat consumers nicely, they will not hesitate to persue action, including suing anyone that infringes on their business.

All reports from people that have contacted nintendo suggest the bans are permanent unfortunately.
