You can, but it must come from a different console. Not the same machine from before ban.

you need at least arm9 homebrew access for decrypt9 and as such you need at least 10.7 or below. No other way to go about it.

As for me, I can access the friend list (but there is the 002-0102 message before), for the eshop I get 022-2812 message and when I try the online services with OR, I get 002-0102

Ok. Yea just gonna buy another system. Texting my friend now and it seems he hasn't went online with his 3ds since the first couple weeks smash 3ds came out. He's probably at a firmware that can install cfw without dsiware.

Lesson learned. I'll get the new 3ds and just wait til the "legit" files are on freeshop. Hopefully my 2ds now is unbanned in 15 days.


The only other question I have. If this is a permaban. Will I still be able to do dsiware transfers to downgrade other 3ds's? Or since mines is now banned would this also ban the other 3ds im attempting to downgrade?

It seems the reason they ban you is completely random. Some people can access friend list but not eshop or games, some can access games, but not eshop and Friend list, some can't access anything at all. I'm thinking they just sent out every ban possible to anyone who played online before release. If that is true, it's good news as its just a hasty banwave that will probably be reversed.
