Hacking [Question] SigPatched SysNAND/HB Launcher?

I haven't been following the updates to the Wii U modding community that much lately, but some things have caught my eye today.

So my question is purely, how to perform the title, is there a guide yet?

Sysnand cfw: Just compile (or "find") the latest Fix94 cfw's fw.bin, it includes signature patches, then run it through the "cfwbooter" homebrew. (You will need to repeat this on every reboot, as long as you want to install or run unsigned titles)

Alternative to browserhax: If you buy a compatible DS virtual console game, and can run the above mentioned cfw, you can install a secondary exploit (hachihax) into that game, turning it into an offline homebrew launcher entrypoint

That isn't quite what @Ryccardo meant, he was referring to installing Homebrew Launcher directly to the Home Menu without the need of a bought game.

Fix94's CFW allows VC, eshop games, and DLC to be installed.

You can install full games on sysnand extremely easily with Wii U USB helper and Wup installer.

There is a way to get a homebrew channel via Haxchi and its decently easy but it requires actually buying a DS VC game (Brain Age is $6, worth it for permanent homebrew imo)

Hope that answers your questions. Ive definitely had to figure 90% of this out myself, comprehensive guides on how to get started and instructions on how to use the tools given to you either don't exist or aren't noob friendly

Just to clarify, are you saying there iwill be a way to boot HBL from sysnand without a DS game purchase ?

Not sure if you were referring to patched sysnand or not

No, only with cfw already running, just like all unsigned titles. and it will give you a real HBL icon directly on Home...

The only way to do it before cfw is hachihax, but that's not "installing the HBL"; if you're familiar with the 3DS, it's literally hblauncher-loader compared to steelhax
