Hacking "?" Titles on my RedNAND?

I am currently in a unlinked nand and I do not have any usb devices connected. It started off as one and then two then four. I have never installed anything other that System Config Tool and I haven't used it to change anything.

This is strangely happening to me too. It happens whenever I have a new title installed on my sysNAND or if I have a install title on my SD Card. But IDK which one it is.

Yes I am linked. What I just found out was that if you have an install folder on the SD Card on redNAND, it reads as a title, but cant so it stays there until you install it then goes away and becomes the new title.

I don't have an install folder on my sd card right now.
