I used walk through walls and there is nothing there. Just a balcony you can stand on. You need to got to the door on the right.

You've missed the most important part and that's when he asks if you're sure those are the correct passwords, you need to say: No! It's something skull guys do (was written or told somewhere in the mansion).

lol,i should enable clock and cache on luma3DS now,will that help on N3DS?
