Nope. Since GBA games run on actual GBA hardware, 3DS apps like NTR can't affect it. All 3DS mode hardware turns off in GBA mode.

For years it was believed that the GC mode on Wii can't use Wii features because Wii hardware was supposedly shut down in GC mode. Then a single developer proved the entire scene wrong with a single application. Therefore I do believe the same can be accomplished for the 3DS.

In my opinion, if GBA mode was made from the same concept as what GC mode originally was believed, then we wouldn't have the "Sleep Mode" message on the Touch Screen, and we probably can't even exit out of GBA mode into the HOME Menu.

For some reason after downloading and extracting the file, I try opening the program and nothing shows up, I've even tried in running it in Admin.

You tried intall microsoft visual redistributable 2013, the program create with visual estudio

I mean I do! But I wanted to inject it myself well because not only did I not like how it looked but I wanted to inject a ROM hack

Ive actually created a working "emerald" and "emerald z" with fixed saving and clock work with this injector, what did U need help with?

So I patched my Emerald ROM with the Sigma Emerald IPS using Luna IPS then tried to put it through the tool. and it all seems to be good but when I try and run it on my 3ds I just get a blank screen. I can still click home so it doesn't crash it just seems like the ROM wont load. I tried it again with a normal Emerald ROM and I had the same problem using the tool... Maybe I'm clicking A setting wrong?

Did you try applying this save fix?

It worked for me for Emerald, however I can't get it to work for ROM hacks (Glazed in particular).

1-
For Old 3DS:
Put in TitleID": 0004013800000202 and in "version": 3665
And Download

For New 3DS:
Put in "TitleID": 0004013820000202 and in "version": 4816
And Download

Extract Old3DS_AGB_FIRM_v3665_SignPatcher.rar, open the program, select the cia and touch patch. With patched "File Patched Successfully"

I ask because my region-swapped system is able to boot GBA games, but some of them have graphical issues, even if they're freshly injected. (I made a post about this, but I wasn't sure if I posted it on the right sub board to get help with it.)

The agb firm is region free but in Old 3DS it's possible depending the injector, the configurations is erroneous or power of old 3ds in a matter of some roms.

No, i believe but a windows emulator or virtual console

No, that doesn't sound right. My region-swapped system is a N3DS and my other system, where the exact same injects function without any problems, is a N3DSXL. Made using this tool. Looks like I'm still stuck
