Wait, but technically couldn't you download the game from NUS, decrypt it. Then find the chosen file, and figure out the directory. Then setup Cafiine and replace the files? Or is that not how it works?

If you already ran Cafiine, that means you already have a way to execute unsigned code, rendering NSMBUhax useless.
