This includes, but is not limited to: asking users to visit a website for the member to gain points/etc, begging to become a staff member, torrent invite, translation, and dump requests, and especially pyramid schemes; where you are asking members to help you out by registering places, visiting certain websites, etc.

What do you need an example of? Are you trying to advertise? Just tell us what you want to do, and can tell you if it's not allowed.

It's okay to ask if you need help with code or something.

If your website distributes warez then you can't mention or link to it - but you could ask for help with code while not mentioning or linking to your site.

its in begining stages but the projet is to big and i need voluter help for now then once i am getting incom in i would love to pay the voluteers am i allowed to ask for this kind of help

I'd say what you're asking for is probably against the rules.

The only way I could see that it wouldn't be is if it's some hobbyist website that doesn't generate money or something. It'd have to be a website people were interested in making themselves. You'd have to not be "begging for help" - rather people would have to be interested and not promised strange/unlikely rewards.

That's my interpretation. Ask the mods.
