ROM Hack Do we have the technology to fully decrypt games on PC yet?

if you search on google "pastebin 3ds common key" you will see it, can't put a direct link

all I'm seeing is the developer key, as well as a big number that's too long to be a key.

2. we would know if it was simply available on pastebin

when i was searching for certain files, i found them, but with them was the nintendo SDK and a folder named dev keys. in it was some files. one said it was a common key, one said it was a dev common key. both have one line when opened in a hex editor. maybe it is the common key. i have never tested it though

i thought it was the AES key scrambler now which was the last thing stopping decryption on a computer....unless im mistaken

no, but what im saying is the raw keys are known afaik, its just that the key scrambler function has to be figured out as all the magic happens within there

There are 64 KeySlots with each a KeyX, KeyY and NormalKey, most of these keys are initialized by bootrom and so far no one (public) has access to that.
In order to decrypt cia/cci/cxi/cfa on pc we still need the Slot0x2CKeyX (NCCH Key 0x0) and the Slot0x3DKeyX (Common Key).
All other keys to decrypt games are known and public. Keyscrambler is also known and build into many programs.

ah, yeah i only read up on all the key scrambler stuff a good while back, so maybe its changed since then, or maybe i just got the wrong end of the stick XD
