Homebrew Purgification Ruined Notifications

sorry if this is counted as bumping but is there anybody who can help me out? And i found out i had notifications for tomodachi off. I turned them on, got a notification and my notifications had a blue light But nothing inside notifications

All I could advise you at this point is formatting the console.

Yeah i thought the same thing. Doubtful idea but would going into Notifications with something like svdt or JKSM work by resetting the notification files/replacing with my other 3ds's files, or would that not work?

Have you tried tinkering with NotifyMii?

I tried making a notification multiple times but it always says failed, ill make a video/screenshot in a second, including my notifications menu

First off, sorry for the late reply, I don't get notified of post edits. Secondly, I can't think of any solution right now (sorry), but NotifyMii only show SpotPass notifications so technically the app is right saying you have no notifications.
