I have an old 3ds eur with A9HL. I did a region change on the EmuNAND 3 months ago. Recently I updated it, and now, when I try to access to the Eshop I receive the error 007-2001 and I do not know how to solve it.
Can someone helps me?

Well it's tricky, you may compare his method and assumptions about how to successfully do this. Are u signed into an NNID on SysNAND?
I have one asigned in the sysnand, but I did a back up and I formatted it because I wanted to buy Fieldrunners in the eshop (sysnand is european version, the japanese one is the emu)

Make sure you modified the secureinfo_a in the EmuNAND appropriately prior to doing this.

You can try the 3 sd card trick as detailed in this post under how to get on eshop: https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-region-change-tutorial-easy-way.386207/

Basically you need 3 emunands on 3 sd cards as follows:
1) EUR EmuNAND with NNID signed in
2) EUR EmuNAND with no NNID signed in
3) JAP EmuNAND with no NNID signed in

You already have #3, so I would create #2 first then #1.

Once you have this follow these steps:
Step 8: With the 1st SD Card, set up an NNID. BUT DON'T SET IT UP ON THE 2ND SD CARD.
Step 9: After setting it up, launch the eShop. Set it up as usual. While on the main page, press HOME and close it off. Turn off the 3DS.
Step 10: Use the 2nd SD Card you didn't set up an Nintendo Network ID with, and launch eShop. It'll say an error message. When you see the error message, TURN OFF the 3DS. This is very important.
Step 11: Now use the 3rd SD Card with another region. Launch the eShop. Aw, it worked! Great job!

What I want to do is access to eshop in the european version (sysnand), not in the japanese (emunand). And also, Step 9, when I try to launch the eshop I receive error 007-2001

Oh ok so you wanna access in SysNAND which is the origin region? My bad I misunderstood.

Did this happen after you region changed? Did you try to access eshop on Japanese EmuNAND?

No problem
I can access in the emunand. Before doing the change region, I can access in SysNand whitout problems.

Ok so you cannot have 2 NNID at the same time on the same console.

What you will need to do is format EmuNAND to sign out, then try to sign in to the SysNAND. If that doesn't work try steps I posted above but #3 needs to be your SysNAND and #1/#2 need to be Japanese EmuNANDs.

I'll try now.
When I change my region I use a CTRNAND transfer. If I change my nand with the error 007-2001, this nand now japanese have access to the Eshop. Maybe If I do the contrary process

So, I will get unbanned in the eur version ?
I'm going to try what you say, I'm going te create a NNID for the japanese one.

I don't think you are banned, the problem is your console is tied to JPN region and has to be tricked back into EUR region.

Oh, true. If I do the CTRNAND transfer to jap and after, to eur, Shall I access to the Eshop (in eur) ?

This may work, I'm not sure because I haven't done it this way. I would repeat the steps you used to get the JPN EmuNAND set up and on eshop, then do the same for SysNAND but in reverse.

Or try the 3 sd card trick as this has been known to successfully untie a console from 1 region and move it to the alternate region.

I try what you said of the 3 SD, and, Im still having the error on the sysnand EUR :(

So you tried:
1) SD with EmuNAND JPN region signed in to JPN NNID
2) SD with EmuNAND JPN region with no NNID
3) SysNAND EUR region

If that did not work with the steps provide, I'm not quite sure how to fix it. I will research a bit more some of my notes and let u know what I find.

In meantime, how did you get JPN region to work? Can you describe full setup process from the begginig?
