I thought It was some kind of ROM hack for NSMB Wii at first my bad.

Well done! Perhaps a NSMBDS one could be made? Or a Yoshi's Island one? If someone could shoot me an example tileset in png format, I could totally make a custom tileset that someone else could inject.

That isn't what they meant. You can use cemu to emulate smm.
This is just the textures of nsmb wii in smm.

Of course it isnt. I mean my pc very bad and cemu 15 fps but dolphin 50 fps

I don't know. I've just been given a spritesheet and am editing that.
