I mean there's an action replay hack that let's you play all mkds levels online, compared to only the first two cups. I haven't tested, but it should be possible.

I've tested this code on R4 gold and it works fine. I don't know why Nintendo has blocked 12 of 32 tracks in wi-fi multiplayer mode.

I don't know. I was using it while playing with my friend (and she also had this AR code enabled). But i made some wfc races with random opponents without problems, i'm not sure if all of them were using cheat, probably not.
