I'm of zero help with compilation errors, sorry.

FIX94 literally helped develop this. :rofl2:

It's read only, there is nothing to worry about.
thanks for telling that. Now I dont need to worry about the brix and stuff

i am not going to try this shit until some time

With this does this mean we no longer need to be self hosted from another device to launch homebrew?

I read the post and don't understand what this allows.

In the same boat as you, I think we're very close to CFW where it can allow unsigned code to run and be installed, I think :P

Am i the only getting this error when i try to download files?
Code:
\vol\storage_mlc01\usr\title\00050000\1019d800\code\app.xml
[u'', u'vol', u'storage_mlc01', u'usr', u'title', u'00050000', u'1019d800', u'code', u'app.xml']
opendir error : 0xfffcffd7L
Nevermind, just dl folders, not single files.

Yesterday I compiled this. I ran fw.img and the screen turned red. I then connected with wupserver. Afterwards I closed wup server and turned off my wii u. At this point the console's led turned orange/yellow - I know this is a normal color, but it was flashing. I turned on the gamepad, but the console wouldn't turn on. I disconnected the wiiu from the outlet, and afterwards everything went back to normal. This is my first time doing this, is this normal?

It's not completely corrupted, games does show up in the menu, but opening most games, or accessing the USB Data Management menu would throw a "USB Data is corrupted" message.
You can try to load this fw.img while having your usb drive plugged, then run wupclientgui, click mount usb and check if you can copy /vol/storage_usb/usr/save.

For anyone having trouble with Python2 crypto on windows, run /python2/scripts/ipi.exe --upgrade, after it is done run ipi install pycrypto.

I love WiiUBrU's attitude. It's refreshing to see a team so open and friendly for once. Not that I'm blaming the others for all the secrecy and teasing, since I know that the community can be extremely punishing if their demands are not met...

My only gripe with them is that they claimed any older IOSU code than this is a leak.
