Ok ignore the old question it is actually the same FFF8 etc error the other user had. I'm just an idiot and forgot I had taken my SD back out haha.

I notice that when i download a game using JNUStool (Command line) there is no 'title.cert' file and it wont install, i have copied over the correct .tik file , any ideas?

java -jar JNUSTool.jar TITLEID -dlEncrypted

Changing TITLEID by the Splatoon Title ID, of course. It downloads better than NUSGrabber, so I'd like to know how to make it work.
Be sure to use the "GAME TitleID" and NOT the "UPDATE TitleID"...

edit:
I see someone already gave you that advice.

About Nexocube WUP Installer : someone tested it and said it worked fine (he even posted screenshot of the installation).
I don't know why some users have the "you can't install game you didn't pay for" message.
Maybe related to missing title.cert or wrong tik?

Nexocube version is linked because it prevent users installing system files.
his check is probably affecting games too.
the next wupinstaller (next week) will work better and will have multi-folder installation support.

yeah, can we use a 16 gb pen drive Kingstone or Sandisk?

Wii U doesn't seem to be picky with drives....you can use a USB MicroSD card reader, thumb drive, powered USB hard drive....it's not like the Xbox One where it has to be a certain size or USB 3.0 capable

Nintendo doesn't recommend using a USB flash drive

I want to say people have actually done so and had their drives fail prematurely

Not a lot of flash drives can sustain the speed needed to stream content without cooking themselves from the heat...

Just something to keep in mind...

A better bet would probably to get nano micro sd reader and a micro sd card...

Sd cards are designed to be maxed out for things like hd video recording and such...
