If you have a 32-bit computer.
If you have a 64-bit computer.

Put the dll in the same folder as NUSgrabber.

You don't open it, You're supposed to shift & right click then open up the cmd and i assume you know the rest.

java -jar JNUSTool.jar TITLEID -dlEncrypted

And I'm just downloading 644MB of data? Splatoon is supposed to weight 2 GB at least.

If you're getting it from a WUD, it hasn't been modified.
If you download it from a website, that website should mention that the ticket has been modified.

Those issues sometimes happen, redownload the game.

how do you uninstall a game, as i removed the HDD from the wii u and the game icon is still on the main screen and when i click on it without the HDD connected the game still runs ???

Byte 0x01 for a legitimate ticket will always be 01
It will be 03 for a WUD ticket and some other number for a ticket that has been modded more than once
