That doesn't answer my earlier post, though, I have asked at least twice about the lack of NTSC WUDs, finding the is impossible and cannot be done without devkits, no?

I have a question. Would I be able to use disk cloning software on PC to copy my games from one external HDD to another? So far I've been using my old drive to test this exploit, but I'll be receiving a new drive later (Once UPS gets off their arse and stops having "carrier delays") and want to move games. I mean worst case I just have to reinstall, but I hope there is an easier way to do this.

It can't be done without IOSU or a devkit.
