Hacking Sky3ds certain games crash the console

I have the sky3ds on my old 3ds xl. For couple of month now.
But recently certain games i played has been crashing in certain places. For example fire emblem fates on the start of episode 4. And alpha sephire on a gym entry.
I tried the sky3ds on a friend console same as mine and still crash.
The console also crashed on games that are legit from the eshop.
I talked to the retailer i bought the card from he said to try and format the sd card again. So i did and ran a check for bas sector who came up negative. I tried the Sapphire again with the save but still crash.
What could be the problem i already did factory reset for my 3ds whice didant help and i lost all my progress on the original games. Since i forgot to back it up. [btw if any 1 have a fix for that i still have all data on the internal sdcard but its unreadable for some reason by the console. ]

• Boot Game from Sky3DS > Crash
• Boot Game from Eshop > Crash

Did you have any legit 3ds cartridge to test run?
PS. If you do factory reset, I think your Nintendo 3DS data you keep is useless now.

That's what I think too. But I ask him to test with legit 3ds cartridge for making sure it's the console's fault.

The sd card i use for both the 3ds and sky3ds is sandisk.
I have mario cart but i did not counter any issue.
My brother played one puece dawn the whole game and ut worked fine.
Its like its crashing on certain games.

If your statement is true, this case is very weird.....
What's your 3DS FW, O3DS or N3DS, did you mod your 3DS with something?

yes the mario kart works fine i did not counter any problem\
one piece romance dawn works fine while playing it from the sky3ds also bravely default so far.
i got O3DS version 11 latest 1. i did not mod my 3ds but i did try to do the exploit with the freaky exploit. whice worked fine i just tried to check it out. than i deleted all files.
but most of the games worked just fine after that.
i talked to sky3ds email he said to try other sdcard with the sky3ds and so i did same crashing.

The problem should be in the 3DS. But it's very weird if the system is unmodified.

He also said that it also happen with eShop App, which doesn't have anything to do with Sky3ds. Which I ask if his bro also has this eshop problem or not?

Thats the reason i asked if he uses the same SD Card for Eshop games and his Sky3DS, so that the SD card may be a really cheap one.
