i'm not an expert, but i know that on the 3DS you need (or needed?) a dump of your own OTP to install A9LH, sooo something very hacky

The Wii U have an OTP bank (very similar and not, at the same time xD) to the Wii one !
We can dump it and write it into a binary file as we made for 3ds and Wii
But it needs IOS-CRYPTO permission + ARM userspace permission (to call the IOSU syscall)

It's "One Time Programable" guys. It's a console-unique key that sets itself randomly either the first time the console is booted up or when its coming off of the production line
