Is there any way that I contact Sony or give Sony some ideas of porting a ps3 game or MGS4 (Metal Gear Solid 4) on the PS4?

You can ask Sony for that.
Or you can ask Konami for that since they're the publisher.
But you should ask Kojima since he's the god.

create a petition, gather like 100.000 signatures, send it both to sony and konami

... and then sit back and watch them totally ignoring it.

Thats a good idea actually, can I do it on the Internet?

Yes, there are websites like change.org. But keep in mind that petitions (especially online petitions) can only show that there's interest in something, but they do not force anyone to do anything.

well, its way less ignored than a single letter from a single guy...

if he would email them this would happen:
1. the woman paid to read emails would not bother opening it.
2 that same woman would read but delete it
3. the woman would read the first sentence and send a bullshit letter "thank you for your suggestions we apreciate your support we will think about it" (just like costumer service that appears to help)

with 100k signatures the "paid to answer fans" lady couldn't ignore it...

You can make a petition at change.org but even if you gather up a billion signature, Konami will still have the final say.
Thanks you :) Really appreciate it
