Homebrew Updating games on modded 3ds?

I installed a custom firmware a while ago using Plialect's guide, and I was wondering how to update my games without updating my system, if that's possible at all? Thanks!

I can just download updates from there without re-downloading the whole game? (Sorry, I haven't used freeshop in a while...)

If you're on A9LH then you can safely update your system.

Why don't you want to update? 11.1 works fine with Luma3DS. So does HBLauncher Loader, and NTR-CFW (the latter only if you're using a firmware.bin)

NTR has been fixed for quite a few days now.
