so uh ntr cfw is broken now
and uh i need a downgraded home menu
however a 3ds reddit forum tells me this and the cias are all different

@AyanamiRei If you are in EmuNand downgrade to 10.6.0-31 Internet Browser that can use Janury 1 of 2000 workaround that was fixed in 10.7.0-32.
@mepica It works without problem.

if you are on 11.0 yes (unless you want to hardmod your current 3ds)
on 11.1, i am not sure if this still works or not.

I've just bought a 10.3 N3DS XL and was going to use "the" guide but I have a quick question as this new update has been released - am I safe to use the guide to downgrade and install Luma3ds but leave out the section that advises to update the fw under
"Section IV - Restoring the System"?

I just want to use cia

There is a thread somewhere with a bootntr that temp solves this. It is known to be broken, and probably cannot be fixed without being dirty.

It won't be dirty, it's just adding some new kernel hooks to the boot NTR source code

Use the one of 10.3.0-28 then it should works too, but make sure to use the one of your same Console region and model. You can also install the one of 11.1.0-X in 10.7.0-32 without problems but it have BrowserHax patched.
