Hacking 3ds downgrade with my 2ds?

hey guys. so basically i just ordered a nintendo 3ds because it was pretty cheap, i hope its on 10.x version but maybe its on 11? I dont know. Anyways, if it is in 11.x, can i downgrade it with my a9lh 2ds? Thanks.
