JKSM has a version for Homebrew. You are wrong.

What i meant was JKSM doesn't work on userland 11.0.0

It is a CIA based editor, which it is impossible to install .cias on sysnand 11.0.0 without a9lh

You need CFW to run JKSM

Op, when i was still without CFW, i used a program called savedataBackup, you could also use SVDT, it only works on some game though.

That's shocking, though it was only supposed to be for CFW, learn something every day.

It originally was only meant for CFW, but I think there was a demand for a non-CFW version.

I know you can open JKSM in 11.0 normally as homebew .3dsx the same way you can open FBI but can you actually do something with it(modify contents in the Nintendo 3ds folder) in 11.0?

You can backup save files, both cartridge and digital. Unlike FBI, JKSM has a use on 11.0.

You can import saves, yes, if that's what you mean by write.

You can only read/write to save files using a save manager in userland. Everything else is signed so it cannot be modified and function without cfwf (which patches out signature checks).

JKSM is great for A9LH, other wise you have to use the Save Manager (cant remember the official name) from the HBM

There is a save manager that may or may not still be in the starter pack, but it is really crappy. The only other real option outside of cfw is svdt (which imo is better because you can backup and restore from anywhere, while still having the main directory of save dumps).

Thats what it was.. SVDT. Yeah and the crap one too. *sighs* The simpler days of using that for pkhex...
