70's Undervolt

I made a Save-Editor for 80's Overdrive on PC/Steam, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo 3DS.
It's nothing fancy, but I didn't see any way to modify the SaveGame easily for the User (especially PC and 3DS SaveGames).
Nintendo Switch SaveGames are saved in standard XML formatting, PC is Encrypted, and 3DS is a simple Binary Format.

Xbox Support is Added
- Uses the same encryption as PC and Steam.
- Different SaveGame Versioning, Save looks to have more control and store slightly more than before.
- achievements.sav from Xbox, is not supported (yet).
