As of now, no, you cannot on the 11.0 system because of what I mentioned earlier about needing to downgrade. I'm not even sure if a system transfer from the 3DS with emuNAND to the 11.0 n3DS will transfer the installed CIAs.

You can install practically any CIA for any game you want aside from downloaded DS games. DS ROMs require a flashcart. GBA and DSiware games need to be installed to both sysNAND and emuNAND. To install on sysNAND, you just need to do Section II of Part 4, but replacing emuNAND with sysNAND.

There's plenty of stuff you can do. It takes some searching to see what you can do.

Yup, planning on doing that. I wish there was a way to downgrade my new 3ds without a hardmod, but you can't always get what you want

If you buy Fieldrunners from the eShop (a pirated copy won't work) on your CFW 3DS, you can transfer that to your n3DS to do the DSiware Downgrade method.

Download the latest non-dev version of Luma3DS, unzip it, and open the menuhax folder. Copy that boot.3dsx file to the root of your SD card, replacing the one you have now. Turn on your system and you should boot into your emuNAND.

Ok, I got it, you need to do what ou need to do to open menuhax, your cfw will open

DSiware games have to be installed on both sysNAND and emuNAND. Set up arm9loaderhax to get rid of this problem. Follow this to set up arm9loaderhax.

First off, decrypt9 of even uncart would be better than this game atrocious program. So fix that first if you want things to work.
