Oh well... I don't want to be offensive, but do your homework before you ask.

  • Change the byte at 0x300 (the ASCII sequence at that point is 'NCSD') to something other than N <-- this mean remove A9LH ?
No. This byte had nothing to do with A9LH. I also clearly stated this is for EmuNAND.

a question...
can we make a CTRNAND backup from ANOTHER 3DS then Flash it to my current 3DS .. ?
No, it won't work and will brick your 3ds
yeah it 's not working..
already tried it...
A CTRNAND transfer will work. A regular CTRNAND dump will not.

dump from another 3DS ? with tranferable CTRNAND..?

You should probably sell your console to someone with a Gateway card for a reduced price. Then get yourself a new console and use the community methods this time (keeping all your backups). The price difference is probably not worth the amount of time you've spent trying to fix this.

Then why spend so much energy trying to fix the Gateway one?

Although it'll be good info to have if you can work out a way to save it (in case anyone else manages to install Gateway with no cartridge and delete all their backups...)

You seriously fucked up bad by installing GW a9lh without a GW. Why would you ever think that was a good idea?

Buy a GW, remove GW's a9lh, and try to sell the GW again. Either that or sell the console to a GW owner I guess.

If you had your OTP, I would have told you to downgrade to 9.2 and use safea9lhinstaller to overwrite it, but since you don't, this is going to be harder.

I'll ask a couple of people and see if there's a fix.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Is this an n3ds or o3ds?

I have a gateway 3.4.1 that I boot up via Browser. Maybe it has emunand? IF yes, I have to delete it before installing a9LH?

Since it's an o3ds it's possible to uninstall gateways a9lh, downgrade to 9.2 and then wait there, you'll need a build of safea9lhinstaller that lets you uninstall using menuhax as your hax entrypoint, I'll get one once I get back home
Ok for one, it's Gateway, so his sysNAND is most likely 9.2, so no need to downgrade. Two, how do you run Menuhax with GW A9LH? I don't think Homebrew works in GW mode. Finally, he doesn't have his OTP.bin, this probably doesn't pertain to that, but I'd like to know how this would uninstall GW's A9LH.

first homebrew are worked.. but cannot accessing like D9,E9,or even otphelper,
and how to use safea9lh ?
yes i can access classic mode..
By now, your best bet is to buy a Gateway. Then see if you can switch to regular A9LH. You can still use your Gateway for games and such.

Sent from my Browser on a New 3DS XL with A9LH
