You were literally emulating a Wii, obviously that came with the same security issues the Wii had. So no, the WiiU itself wasn't hacked until much later.
well it does not emulate a wii but the hardware inside is capable of acting like a wii as the wiius like a more powerful wii

still it can run unsigned code even if you can't take advantage of the newer specs of the console
It really depends on your definition of when a console is hacked. To me (and I assume a lot of users here) a console is hacked when you can run backups (isos or roms) on it. Can't run WiiU games with the vWii unsigned code? Still not hacked!

the homebrew exploit is a hardware exploit so they only can patch entry points unless they fix gspawn which won't happen so homebrew will aways work if you have an exploit game
I don't want to be rude. But i never said anything about how Nintendo will patch homebrew. I was just making a lil joke.

Besides that i don't see why you made this thread. Your question got answered with a simple "No".

If you were a company and people were trying to get games without paying you, i don't think they would give up. They did fix some stuff in 11.0 so if they keep going they could patch all Homebrew Exploits that don't use games.

Nintendo will never stop until 2050. Where the 3DS will be 30 years old and there is no support for it.

well the homebrew exploit is a hardware exploit and not software so to patch it they need to release new hardware all they can do is patch entry points and you can install base hax on oras before you update as most people have those games

Well they can't really "patch" a9lh once it's installed, thats basically impossible.
But they can stop the installation of it by cutting it off at the root, homebrew.

Anyways, Nintendo has got enough on their plate already with the NX and stuff, no time to patch a console which is basically hacked wide open anyway.

Okay, so because i cannot understand your grammer.

The homebrew exploit is a hardware exploit.
Not really, its just that the software can have a moment where it crashes and doesn't block data to fill in.

In order for Nintendo to patch it they need to release new hardware.
This doesn't really make much since. I mean are you saying if they made a new 3DS? Because if this was the case and they did this to patch Homebrew they would have to design a new console. Because then you would just be making a New3DS with more hardware that makes it run faster if you just made new hardware for the 3DS itself.

All they can do is try to patch exploits.
True, and they won't give up.

I don't know why you keep trying to create a debate over a answer that has been explained many times by multiple people.

I don't know the point you are trying to make. You're acting as if i asked a question but i gave a good answer.

So if you do reply to this with a "well homebrew is a hardware exploit because the hardware allows stuff and pokemon oras will have a exploit..." then that means you haven't read my post.

Okay, last post on this thread and then i'm done...

Good job you are right.

I never said anything about how nintendo will patch homebrew.

But anyways you're right on that.

Now your question has been answered. I am going to report this thread so the mods can lock it.
