Homebrew (Request) Wolf RPG player

I know that Wolf RPG is Exe, I just want a
Player to play the Wolf RPGs, it doesn't matter if its .CIA or 3dsx.

Unless there is source code, sadly no.

Even though there is a emulator running Cave Story which is a .exe file, it is because it contains a engine that could be run through a emulator.

I believe Rinnegatamante isn't working on the project anymore as it hasn't been updated in ages. If i am wrong please let me know.
