The only cart I have is Pokemon Black 2 and it wont boot with Nitro Hax.

Randomly went on to test if it works (Im on 0.93) and it connected almost instantly!
I dont have an option for Mystery Gift doe
When do I get the option?

Odd, It can connect in "Test Settings", But when tryna connect to it through the Pokemart Basemart place it just stuck there and does nothing doesnt fail just keeps tryna connect for literally forever

Ok I tried with your DNS and yes it gives me a 20100 error now too, And the connection test was successful just it doesnt connect to the game servers properly, Have you found a fix?

Deleted WFC Settings re-added my Access Point and the DNS and now im back to the 23401 "High Traffic/Load" errors ugggggg

When I use 104.131.93.87 I get a Connection Successful when testing connection in DS Settings, And when I go in game to connect to GTS I get 20100, All other DNS servers dont work at all,
And even with 104.131.93.87 I have to wait a while and reboot my 3ds a few times before it actually starts to connect

I think it may take a while to get the roms to connect to internet properly with the cheat system. Try to use Mario Kart or some other game that uses online function to see if it's just pkm games with the problem
