Hardware Help, theres a hole in my case

Well my N3DS had a 6 pin JST Nand mod inbetween the Shoulder button and IR blaster, but now I have the problem of a huge hole in my case after removing it and replacing with a Micro JST 6 pin, elsewhere on my case, If anyone knows how to fill such holes please tell me and I'll be posting pictures soon

you could try a bit of epoxy clay/resing or just cover with these adesives skins?

It was touching those ribbon cables and caused pressure on the bottom screen, believe me it was messed up, decided to go for a smaller more discrete connector
