I can say yes nds-card is legit. It seems a little sketch with the way they take payment, but it's through paypal so you have that as a middleman if anything does happen and I've received my goods in about 7-10 days.

No I am on 11 only hardmod which i cant do. one dude from contact me he charge 100 for hardmod +A9lm thing but im not sure sending money and console

@vb_encryption_vb charges $65 + shipping for a hardmod. He is by far the most reliable hard modder in the us, and his work is very professional. He has done many, many consoles and is very reliable. A hard mod is deffinatly the way to go as it makes you impervious to bricks, and is cheaper than a sky3ds. And if you are on a9lh, you can easily play games online without setting up private headers. Plus, you can do cool stuff like cheats and boot animations. Keep in mind that is is a bit more confusing to set up than a sky3ds, but in my option it is well worth it.

they dont have the best customer service if your item dies on you. it took them 4 weeks to respond to my emails about a defective MT card (back when that thing was the best lol), and told me there was nothing they could do. aside from that, ive had good dealings with them.
