Hacking PSVita FW 3.55

Hi! I am new at this scene of homebrew, and I was searching some homebrew months ago but I found nothing. I seen a video at Youtube today while seeing some other videos of Homebrew for 3.60. Sadly I found out that 3.61 got released yesterday and I would like if I would be able to have homebrew, with my FW 3.55, or even upgrade to 3.60 (NOT 3.61). Thanks.
I wonder too is there a hoembrew without exploit game for 3.55?
