I'm looking to know if there's a difference between them with regards to using Loadiine and its loading time (i.e. TPHD, W101 without file manipulation, and more).

As I'm looking to get one if there is.

I already have a 32GB Class 10 45MB/sec transfer rate.

Note: That this is looking at implication(s) in reality, rather than technical specifications of the cards and or the WiiU's SD Card Reader capability.

And I know, only those who has both cards will be able to answer. But still worth a try.

Edit: Change cluster size is not taken for consideration with this poll.

Edit2: If you can, kindly post your reasoning for why you voted to which side. thanks.

Voted no difference as have used a variety of SDCards from 2GB to 128GB with variety of Classes and all load times very similar. Some games take longer than others but similar results on different cards.

No difference. I've tested multiple SD cards myself, and the only time I've ever seen an SD card be slow is when changing from a USB 2.0 Card Reader to a 3.0 USB Card Reader. And the difference is quite major there. But, with Loadiine, going from a 64GB to a 128GB never changed anything.

That's not how it works... The whole game isn't loaded into memory, the WiiU doesn't even have anywhere near that amount of memory. The game data pointer is simply switched to the SD location of the game, and data is streamed in as needed. So every time you change zones/levels in a game, new data is loaded in, not all 14.4GB of it.
