Hacking Rebug

Hi all,

Iv got the rebug firmware installed on my console. How do I remove it to get back to ofw firmware 3.55?

Is there a setting in rebug to do this?

Just install the 3.55 OFW PUP file via the Update option through the Settings menu in the XMB.

This won't work
Two ways to do it
First Go into rebug toolbox
Far right Column
Turn on qa flag

1st option. Put the console into recovery menu
Select option 6
Install rogero 3.55v7 firmware (his has the no check patch)
Go back into recovery menu
Option 6
Install 3.55 ofw to dehash the syscon

Easer:-
2nd option. Install rogero 999 downgrader from xmb
Enter recovery mode and install 3.55 to dehash the syscon


And @Roster check your CECH model number to see if it will go to 3.55 min not 3.56 min first
All fat consoles can
Slim consoles CECH-25 need checking

Thanks everyone. Looks like a risk so will stick to rebug. Thing is I'm on rebug D Rex. Is it safe to go online with this or should I switch to rebug Rex? (not D Rex)
