000webhost is awful. You can use No-IP and your hosts file to do what you're wanting to.

not sure im doing this correctly but i access the menu with select and use the nookling cheat but the game freezes

(also the top screen clones itself into touch screen)

you have to be indoors when you press select and Y to open the menu... or the game will crash...
