Don't you have to set the 3d slider to on in order to finish format system setup?
That very uncommon to me, but have you tried selecting other language options so see if it fix?Ehm, according to the guide i use tinyformat to format sysnand, then it reboots into the system setup for language/name/nnID etc.. But it either goes black and turn off when i click next after i choose the language or when its wanna show me the 3d image. (i might have misunderstood you, sorry if that happends to be the case)
Yes you can use the eShop with CFW. Since 11.0 is the latest update, don't use the Homebrew Launcher's eShop. Yes it is possible to purchase and download things frommthe eShop with no issues. You shouldn't get banned for buying things through the eShop with CFW.Wow, this is incredible.
I saw that you can use the eShop with the Homebrew Launcher. Therefore I guess it's still possible to use the eShop with a CFW installed.
But is it also possible to purchase and download things with such a piracy firmware? And if so, do these CFW spoof the shop that I still use the normal firmware (don't want to get banned)?

Maybe try it without sd car inserted?
That good old nintendo magic of Increased user stability and enhanced user experience neve fails.after a bunch of shut downs it finally continued, no clue what it was. thanks for the advice though!
Now it says emu 9.2, thanksOpen luma settings, if autoboot system nand, is enabled disable it
Ok, one more question, since I disabled "autoboot sysNAND" when I launch Luma3DS, I get Emu 9.2 in system settings. When I turn it off and turn it back on and go to system setting, it says "Ver 9.2.0" not "Sys 9.2.0." Even though it says that, its SysNAND right?Open luma settings, if autoboot system nand, is enabled disable it
Yes.Now it says emu 9.2, thanks

You downgrade to 9.2 to set up custom firmware then to 2.1.0 to dump your OTP then you set up A9LH. Start at Part 2 to downgrade to 9.2 and please follow the guide religiously. Do not skip a single step.https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-5-(arm9loaderhax)
The instructions are incredibly unclear. I have to downgrade from 10.3 (my current OFW) to 2.1.0 to install ARM9LoaderHax?
You can delete the CIAs after installing them. After I install a game that's .cia I can delete it from the sd card right? Seems it installs elsewhere
Also is there a way to reorganize icons on the home screen?
Delete boot.3dsx on your SD card, and replace it with thisPlanning to switch from rxTools to A9LH, but not sure where to start in the Plailect guide!
O3DS on SysNAND 9.2 Emunand 10.6.0-31u. I believe I have Menuhax/CTR Boot set up so that it boots into Emunand without me touching anything.
Would it be better for me do this on a clean SD card with no hacks?
I'd prefer to keep my CIA games and saves (installed on the Emunand)
Turn off system, remove sdcard, if it boots, reinsert sd card after boot.I am now on:
Section VI - Finalizing setu
Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS then press Start to reboot
Update your CFW SysNAND to the latest version using system settings (if it is not already)
Open Health and Safety (which is now FBI)
but when i boot my 3ds it stays on a black screen, any ideas?
