As for my situation, I don't really have anything that links me to my NDID besides my IP, so I feel like I'll be okay. Besides, wouldn't Ninty rather focus people actually illegally spreading the SDK rather than a harmless 16 year old?

Seeing as how you live in the same state as one of their headquarters, it wouldn't take much effort on their part to make your life a living hell just for kicks. That being said, the statute of limitations for fraud is three years. Can you lay low for that long?

Well, I deleted my account and removed all Ninty branded stuff from my comp, so hopefully if something bad does happen I can use that for me.

There are a lot of English speaking people who don't understand "they're, their, there etc.". But we also got that kind of people in the Netherlands, who say similar things.

The nda also prohibits reverse engineering nintendo hardware, or contributing to reverse engineering it.

So if you sign it then you contributing to Citra or citrulib moves from mostly legal to totaly illegal.
