Yes you can:

Is the ZIP in the OP corrupt? I get an error when trying to decompress it.

It's not for me. Try installing winrar because that's what I used to compress it.

It's called instant tree for a reason But I can make instant plant if you want

I don't use Windows. Regardless, I just grabbed the beta from Git.

using moon jump or coordinates modifier you can move Isabelle and Pelly/Phyllis

I wonder if there are more characters you can move?

Incident: ( capital "C" added to my towns name when npc's mention the town. ex.YamiiC instead of Yamiil id card still says correct name...)
Location: (my town)
Any other cheats enabled? (speed on hi, instant tree growth, all grass)
and your 3DS setup: (n3ds xl with 9.2 sysnand on menuhax running reinand using the latest version of NTR)

I had the same issue with only coordinates modifier enabled. Speed was normal.

yes, I would love to be father nature so all plants need to be grown from my green "thumb" :3

You can't make the OFF / ON completely disappear, but you can prevent it from turning ON by creating a function which will only disable it.

In the menu it's start with the index two.

Nope, it may have been the plugin acting weird though, sometimes using coordinates modifier it stops working and you have to go indoors and back out for it to work again. Maybe that was what happened with T2I & Duplication?

Sounds like the plugin is acting VERY weird.... Mine hasn't done this although I'm using the USA version
