I see people say to use "The Strongest Technique on Earth" on prowlers when/if it arrives but what the hell does it actually do? Is it just Last Stand+?

You don't need cfw or gw, you just need Homebrew Access.

Zelda OOT hax wont work on a system 11.0.33-U . The boot rate so low that its not considered working lol .

If you can't hard mod you'll need to do freakyhax or the field runners hax if you know someone who already has a cfw 3ds.

This guy's got a charm editor. I've been mucking with that.

The only problem is I don't have a good charm table like the last game, so it's hard to figure out all the best combos you can make for skills. The only table I've found is a mostly Japanese one that only seems to list the final tier of charms, and you got different skills at different ranks with different max values. So I hope someone puts together a full list at some point.

I use Athena's ASS for generations to find out the most optimal sets.

So basically, I think of three skills I want on a build. Let's say I want an optimal end game build for bow. I insert the skills I want onto ASS and see what mixed set it gives me.

Then I use the tali editor to give me a really good tali (usually with relevant skills and 3 slots) And then use that tali on ASS and refine the search. This usually gives me really nice builds.

Then if I really wanted to i could give myself the mats using this editor but that would take away hours of farming so I'd rather not but it gives me really good sets.

I guess my whole point is, I use the tali editor as a legality checker for talismans and create that tali to use but farm for everything else. A lot of things are viable in end game for generations so just play around with it haha.

It can be done as long as you have access to Homebrew
