Hacking Legit CIA transfering question

I have some legit cias in a o3DS, and I want to transfer them to a N3DS. Can I do this?

use a save manager and back up the saves. Get homebrew on your n3ds, get nasa and install the games. Get a save manger and restore the saves to your n3ds

Just curious, but would you reccomend this over JKSM? I see JKSM reccomended pretty often lately but I haven't had a need for a save manager yet.

Yes, JKSM is the easiest to use. And just in case you were wondering, unless the N3DS is running custom firmware the legit cias would not transfer if you used System Transfer.
